He is so cute. Get baby gates and keep the other dog separated. When I had a foster dog, Ruby was mean to Stella (the foster). I keep them separated with baby gates. They would lay by the gates passing toys back and forth. If I opened the gate, Ruby would act up. She just wanted to show that she was Queen Bee. She didn't want any of the fosters to get too comfortable. Didn't want any of them to stay. Sam was an exception.

He's sooooooo cute!!! Thanks for taking him in. It makes me so mad that people don't do the responsible thing and get their dogs and cats spayed and neutered, then have puppies and kittens to either give away or take them to the pound, where there's a good chance they'll be put down. There's simply no excuse for not doing it, they have low cost spaying/neutering programs across the nation.
