Congratulations on your new baby! is there a chance you can wait a little longer? It is recommended that these small pups stay with mom until they're 3 months old. I would also be very careful with the vaccines. My yorkie, Bayleigh, is so allergic (this started after her 3rd set of vaccinations) and went into full blown anaphylactic shock with the 1 year booster. No more shots for her ever, vet approved. This gal's maltese web-site ( http://www.susensmaltese.com/adoptedpuppies.html ) has a ton of very good info that applies to all our little ones, maybe it can help you avoid complications.

hes a doll, could just squeeze him...my chorky is now 3 mos and we are winning the battle of potty training...good luck
