Thanks! A young guy here just saved a guys life with this. He was driving down the road, and saw the mans wife yelling for someone to help. Kid was only 21, and had JUST taken a class.....it was like he was an Angel.......just to come around at the right time!

Just remember, the continuous chest compression method is for use in witnessed, unexpected collapse of an adult.

The best change in cpr, is that it is designed to allow people to be more willing to help. Great changes.

Thank you!!! I use to be Med. CPR trained, but never felt comfortable with having to remember the sequence. Much easier and it looks like more effective.
