Doris, Great story, you showed them !! Yes, those short skirts and mini dresses we wore were NOT easy to sit in .... or to maneuver when you got a bottom locker ! :roll:

Doris -- I felt the male teachers and administrators wouldn't let us wear jeans/pants because they WANTED us to wear the mini skirts! I graduated in '68. I'm so curious where you taught...LOL

And yes, the Beatles....Oh, my - I remember my dad being mad because my brother was letting his hair grow out....my mother told him to be quiet, that at least brother had hair!!! My dad was bald. LOL (jealous??). And the music...now it's ELEVATOR music!!!!!!!!!

Remember the 3.5 ounce rule for carrying on the airplane. I've gotten caught on that a couple of times. Breaks my heart to have them confiscate expensive shampoo, etc.
