I bought a couple of DVD's at Target and some cold medicine at CVS. Last of the big-time spenders!

Not on Friday, but on Saturday, got several cases of toilet paper at a fantastic price - and 4 new tires for my car. waited for that sale, saved lots of $ because I really needed them anyway

We always took a Friday off work and shopped all weekend, saw the tree in Rockefeller Center, ate at special restaurants, etc. lots of wonderful memories. I only give gifts to the grandchildren..we all agree we want nothing so we donate. Christmas is more like a glittery Thanksgiving now.
I don't think there is anything more beautiful than NYC during the Christmas season. There is so much to see! Love it.
Also Little Italy is hilarious to see. Their decorations look like something from the 50's. Really fun!

I spent the day with dear daughter crafting ornaments for her co workers. Then we watched Hallmark movies. A nice way to spend the day.
