I think that we sometimes need a break away from quilting like everything else, but your books are about quilting and that worries me. How about a mystery novels instead?

Wow, you need a Kindle! It would be of great use so that you could put all three of your books on it and not have to carry so much! I love my Kindle!

Goodness, you live where I want to vacation. I'm afraid I'll never get to that part of our great country again! But, you just never know what the future will bring.

you will love the books you have chosen. They are my favorites. You will also be amazed at how that little break will invigorate you to want to quilt more. Enjoy.

So for my entertainment I am taking 3 books. They are by the author Jennifer Chiaverini and they are all quilt themed books. I can't be expected to go cold turkey all at once ,can I? Plus I'll have my laptop to look you guys up and see what is going on.
i've read all her books, you will love them! i just wish i could find a retreat like in the series.

I always take my machine & at least 3 projects in the RV!!! (I get bored easily & always have several going at once) If the weather is bad during the day, I sew, If it's good I go outside on the beach. I read at night. TV is about worthless anymmore so I even read at night at home! I have read the quilting books you are referring to, I enjoyed them very much! Especially like the "Runaway Quilt"! about the slaves! Of course, that's the beauty of an vacation, you can do whatever you feel like! Sometimes I just take a nap! Enjoy!!

You will enjoy Jennifer Chiverinni's books and it will help to satisfy your quilting needs though your hands may be still itching to get hold of fabric.
