OK where are we meeting? I live in Vermilion and that sounds wonderful and 254 or 57 would be good. We need to hook up as soon as I am able to drive and swap ideals and such. :) :-D :)

Diet Coke is just like your coffee in the morning for us who don't drink coffee. I used to drink Montain Dew but that was way to much cafferine. :-D

I just read an article about a study that said if you really thought about the food you wanted to eat, imagining how it tasted and everything, that you would actually feel like you had eaten it and not be hungry.

Late to breakfast! We do an Atkins type diet mostly but usually go off track over the holidays. So January is lose the carbs month for us.

We had a wedge of quiche I made with eggs, cream, cheese, broccoli, red pepper, ham and bacon. No crust. And fresh ground coffee, sugar free chocolate syrup and cream for me please.
