I was standing at the kitchen sink cutting potatoes and looking out the window. The dog is laying right there outside sleeping. His cat...the one he tortures and carries around came up and climbed on top of him. I have seen them sleeping like that many times so I thought "oh how cute". The cat proceeds to hump the dog! And the stupid dog lays there! NOT cute! They're both male too. My eyes may just fall out of my head today!

OMG....guess that dog of ours that liked to do one of our cats wasn't the only weirdo...oh, they were both females!
I'm glad I'm not having to see the rooster...my eyes, my eyes, my eyes! LOL

Humping is also a sing of dominance, not just what we think. The cat is letting the dog know who's in charge around your house.

well in this case I think it might be the cat taking revenge on the dog! lol! I've been worried that Tucker was going to kill the poor cat playing with it but the cat just takes it. I guess he saw an opportunity today....

LOL poor pup!
My female boston Lexie does that to our other female boston. Lexie is definitely the alpha in the house.

Isn't there a line in the Ghostbusters movie where Bill Murray says something to the effect that when dogs are sleeping with cats, the world is about to end?!! :-)

All, thanks for the laugh. Made my day!

OMG I just fell off my chair!! My dog had a stuffed Elmo--we're talking X-rated Sesame Street. Got rid of Elmo after my then 5 yr old granddaughter asked why the dog was trying to sit on Elmo's head.
You made my day!!

My dogs take turns servicing each other and they are both males.
