This board is the BEST place to get product reviews and how to's!

I have laminate floors and I've used everything manufactures and such recommend to clean them - I wasn't happy. Streaks, smudges, dust just pushing around, you name it. Well, today I bought the Shark steam cleaner because several of you said how well it worked for you. I am AMAZED! My floors look like glass! No smudge, streaks, yuk or anything!!!!

Ok, I've also used Awesome from the dollar store to get the stains out of rugs (love it!!!) and oven cleaner to clean my shower! It worked! All because you praised the products and how to's.

Thank you everyone! All the suggestions on sewing, quilting, products, recipes..... You are all the BEST!

That is wonderful. My DM owns the shark and it is the only thing she will use to clean her kitchen floors.

I just bought regular oven cleaner at the dollar store - odor free. I sprayed it on my shower walls and ta-da off came the scum and yuk! I have a tub surround. I forget what everyone said about marble tile - I don't think they wanted to risk it.

The only problem I had was the fumes - even odor free. I had to hold my breath, spray and run from the room a few times. I don't have a window in my bathroom.
