Sugar and Cream is a great brand! I used to crochet dish cloths and my Mom knitted them with this brand. We loved it!

I crochet pot holders out of left over yarn. Any kind of yarn.
For the pattern- I chain 30 to 35 stitches. Half double crochet in 2nd stitch from hook & in each chain all the way back to the original stitch. I put 3 stitches in that one & than keep stitching in original chain all the way back to turn chain. (What you are doing is crocheting an oval.) Just keep stitching until it folds into a square. I than slip stitch the opening closed.
Poof done.
Good luck

I use Sugar-n-Cream ... it looks really pretty with the multicolor striped ones, too!

check Maggie's Crochet, too ~ she has some cute free patterns for potholders / dishcloths :) also favecrafts, joanns, and they should have the little freebie flyers hanging up at the craft stores.
