Maybe we go to the same place. I had two men arguing and cussing over who would go off of a break in order to find my prescription order. Cussing loudly. I left.

I spoke with someone higher up who wouldn't give me a refund and then complained that they would have to destroy my order.

I miss my old opthamologist. Old dudes are awesome. He smelled like pee but, in retrospect, was totally worth the olfactory annoyance.

No such thing as cutomer service anymore. Whatever happened to the Customer is always Right? HaHaHa!! Yeah right.
