I put a spool of thread by bunny so you could tell its size. It doesn't have its eyes open yet. When it is old enough we will turn it loose. We live on the edge of timber and there is a brush pile just inside the woods we will put it in. We have raised one other wild rabbit.

It is wonderful that you are raising it and giving it a place to live. Kudos.

Honeydew - is the one your dog found in the yard? Poor bunny, but glad the dog 'rescued' it.

That is about the size of the one that my dog killed a few years back. That was a hard day.

Awwwww - so cute. I don't think I'd be able to part with it.
