Aw, sweets, you got yourself into a tizzy. Have a cup of tea and calm your thoughts. It is possible that your body is reacting to the stress from head to toe. I'm with you in thought.

OMG I tell you what, I'm still fairly young, and I don't have my tubes tied, and with 4 kids already, pregnancy is my worst fear, if they want to remove my ovaries go for it LOL...I have a strong feeling it's cysts...all of it....I just hope i'm right!
