We usually have 30 or so and this year we have only seen 2-3.

Put out a small lawn spinkler. They love water spray.
Yes, we have had less this year, thought it was due to the hot temp.

Now that you mention it .. Hmm.. well the flowers have all bloomed and gone, which last year there was so many pink & red ones that they were everywhere. But the feeders are being drank out of, so they must be around somewhere, just not when I am outside to see them ! lol

I have only had 2 the last 2 years, before that I had 15-30 not sure what the problem is here either.

Still waiting here, but my Rose of Sharon's and trumpet vine are starting to bloom, so hopefully we will see them soon. As for the bees they hve been getting some type of parasite that has been killing the off.

Last year we had plenty of them, this year I've only seen one.

I have observed the same. It is scary.

I didn't get any this year. Put up two feeders. Was very disappointed. Hope they will be back next year.

ours haven't come yet -- I think August is the month they have come in the past -- but this year has been different -- hope they came soon -- love to watch them

We have bunches of them but entirely different colors than previous. Keeps us busy making syrup.
