DITTO!! Why is that?

Hot flashes are waking me up throughout the night, throw covers off, cool down, put covers back on, lather, rinse, repeat. Ugh.

I think ckcowl is on to something. I sleep like a rock but when something is on my mind I have weird dreams.

DITTO!!!! it is either pain or flashes waking me up all night long. I average about 4 hours of sleep a night and that is in splurts! My Dh snores like a baby...

I think it depends on what's going on with either of us - sometimes he doesn't sleep much - sometimes I don't.

I lost two nights this week; waking up at 3 AM and then going on the computer answering emails. Then I'm shot for the following day.

I have a solution, I just didn't follow it myself...it's called Melatonin. It's in every drug store, although my best friend sells it through Usana, and I just forget to take it. I remembered last night and slept like a baby! Menopause is no friend to sleeping, so this is a great fix!

lindyline I don't know either, but I'm thinking you didn't read yesterdays funny about snoring. I will look and try and post the link. Maybe you'll be able to test the theory!

OMG hilarious!!! Read that to dh.

I just know that my mind just keeps going 250mph. Don't know how to put on the breaks!

My husband suffers from PTSD (VietNam). He has night terrors that wake me up. I call his name and get him out of the terror and he goes right back to sleep without remembering any of it. I am awake and can't go back to sleep. I hate it and I hate that he suffers so, but he doesn't even know it.
