As soon as a man's head hits the pillow he is asleep. I can't figure it out. I wake up several times a night or have a hard time getting to sleep in the first place.

I do the same thing, but then after a few nights not sleeping the next I will sleep the usuall for hours.

I think it's all the unfinished projects that keep the women awake, our minds don't want to shut down

I use deep breathing exercises to relax before sleep. I sleep well at night, and if I wake, I read. My husband says he sleeps well because he has a pure heart and a clear conscience.... He trained himself to sleep any time he could while he was in the army. All people are different. |
