It must be pretty wild down there in Maryland! That bear scares me from the Philadelphia suburbs.

I love to watch wildlife...hopefully the work will cease on the mountain behind you and that bear can go home.

He will or DNR will relocate him.

We only feed the birds and even then we get a couple bears a summer tearing down everything. At night we have to take in the suet feeders because of coons and bears. And we don't live out in the woods -- I think they come down to the shore to see if any fish have washed ashore

Please explain to me why people feed wild animals. Once you feed them they lose their animal instictiveness and start seeking out people because of the smell of the people on their food. They are wild and leave them that way. It is survival of the fitest and the animal will win- J

They are beautiful but I would not feel safe with one around.

About a month ago a woman was out in the parking lot of her condo. This was in Pinetop, AZ. She got attacked by a bear. He attacked her 3 times. She is still in hospital. Has had numerous surgeries. My prayers are with her

Destroying the habitat is what brings the wildlife to populated aresa. This is not hard to figure out. If they can't find food to eat they will find small pets and people to eat. Everything needs food. Loved the pictures.
