Protein gets out protein. Murphy's oil soap is a wonderful product for these types of stains.

Accent meat tenderizer will work on the ketchup stain. It's also good for blood stains. Try a de-greaser type soap. Like for your hands on the grease stain.

I was able to buy some Garndma's Secret Spot Remover from ebay the other day since some people were recommending it for removing stains. What a FANTASTIC product. It removed the stain that was being very stubborn, so I decided to try it on a t-shirt that had some old grease stains that I have never been able to get out. I can now wear the t-shirt again as it is grease free.
