I can't stand the taste of diet sodas, and reg. sodas are just too sweet. I like flavored seltzer, no calories or sweeteners. My preferred drink is water - our dug well has the best-tasting water in the world!!

I learned as a child to only believe half of what you see and nothing you hear. I keep to that. My doctor is just fine with it.

Yes, I was wondering where the medical documentation was for this article. All I saw was opinion and conjecture. If the "facts" of this article were true, the FDA would ban the sweeteners.

I use them but in moderation...Most studies are based on people using massive amounts of artificial sweeteners.

I cannot drink diet soda as it makes me feel a bit light headed. I used to think I was a big strange but then have now read many articles about the negative aspects of artificial sweeteners. I love to have a Coke or Pepsi but try to refrain from them very often because of the very high sugar content. I figure one a week or so probably won't hurt. Anyone who uses artificial sweeteners should do a bit of reading about them. If you are diabetic, it's a different story and you do what you have to do. Why is it that everything really yummy isn't good for us???

For me I will drink. 2-3 diet caffiene pepsi's a week. Most of the time is water or MILK. If I dont have milk, I loose it. I've been a milk drinker, for as long as I can remember(65yrs). Take care everyone. Don-isewman

And see, if you look on the internet, you'll find all kinds of websites that say milk is terribly and unhealthy. lol
