I won't buy beet sugar. If it doesn't say pure cane sugar I by pass. I use stevia to sweeten liquids. Sugar is very bad for your body but no way to eliminate it completely that I'm willing to do. I cringe when I see young kids eating processed candy or drinking sweet drinks.

I don't find diet soda to be satisfying plus it gives me intestinal distress. I do my best to keep to brewed teas and like to add a 'glug' of 100% fruit juice. What I REALLY love is glass-bottled Mexican Coca Cola made with cane sugar. I'm probably being a self-deluded old fart but it tastes like childhood Coke to me.

We buy pepsi throwback which is made with real sugar. It's not easy to find though.
