Okay, wait a minute. . . Only some of my FB friends phone numbers came up and the ones that did, I don't even have their numbers in my phone. . . |
I just followed your directions & see no phone numbers. I did read that you can "disable" the feature.
|
The numbers of you facebook friends are the numbers they have posted on their own profile. the others (if they are there) are contacts from your phone.
And the contacts page is not a public page - I could not pull up your facebook page and see the phone numbers of all your friends. |

probably THIER fb acct.. |
this is something that only YOU did by using FB on your phone, but all of your contacts that you can see their #'s also did...this is NOT a violation from FB...just lack of reading the rules on the part of those who use their phones and a SOCIAL network...remember in this day of high tech gangsters, if you don't want the world to know your business...don't use your cell phone like a PA system!....
|
Not all of my numbers made it there. A lot of numbers that are not in my phone are there so it must be something that they have put into their profile and it is transferred to your account when you become friends. It can be disabled thru your phone.

I have never used Facebook on my phone. I guess I'm still old fashioned and use the phone to talk and nothing else.
