what do you collect besides fabric? like post cards, salt & pepper shakers, dust bunnies, WHAT?

Fabric,Cats, Chihuahuas, antique hankies,scarves,pictures.

aprons, tea pots, soup tureens, cups and sauces, Rosaries, religious statues and cookbooks.

Nothing except fabric. I hate clutter. I like buying things for other people who have collections though.

Cows ( not real ones :lol: ), snow globes and cats.

I really don't have a collection of any one subject. I acquire things that appeal to me. Although I do have a lot of odd coffee cups with funny sayings on them.

Little white pitchers, pin cushions, toy irons, things with violets on them - my Granddaughter's name is Violet.

I collect vintage sewing notions...silver thimbles, and pincushions. I love the ocean and have a ton of shells, and more than one lighthouse...
I also seem to be accumulating sewing machines...dunno how that happened!! ;)

I collect Sewing cards, vintage sewing notions, thimbles,pin cushions, planters to make pin cushions small boxes and rick rack and lace and of course fabric.

I collect churches, fabric, and things that look like the forties, Maybe like little people nick knacks. I have a thimble cvollection that a friend started me on and my DH was in the Navy then and got me some from overseas. Oh and prisms to hang in my windows, so I have rainbows everyday, if the sun is shinning,

I collect blue glass, copper molds, angels and fairies

It seems that I collect quilt patterns and quilt books. That needs to cease so I can make more room for fabric. :wink:

my days of collecting are over. I enjoy my aprons, old linen, old embroidery, handkerchiefs, hummels, snowbunnies, small old sewing things. I don't seek out these treasures but..if I come across something I get it. I am working on a handkerchief quilt too.

I have a collection of handkerchiefs, tea pots, tea cups, thimbles. My house if full.

Quilting books, Precious Moments statues , well actually anything Precious Moments :oops: LOL

Oh...I forgot...aprons, purses, antique/vintage cast iron cookware, trivets...the JZH alphabet series is one that I'm after now...I have about 15-16 of them! :)

I collect anything dragonfly. I've dedicated my home office to those. Oh and I love hand made dolls/bunnies. Come to think of it I have a new pattern for a doll that I might start soon.

Campbell's Soup items, old patterns, vintage linens, quilt books and of course fabric.

I collect fabric, esp. 30s stuff, cats, old magazines, and old books and Nancy Drew books, something I loved as a kid! Oh, and also those Aunt Martha embrodery things, I love those!

oh wow, i collect tea pots,buttons, glass paper weights, angels, funny santa ornaments,pincushions, thimbles and childrens old sewing machines. I also have a huge collection packed away of cows and owls, tea cups, and childrens tea sets

Thimbles and dolls (kewpie dolls)

I have a very large collection of large pasta bowls, most of them made in Italy. I can't seem to get enough of them!

I collect sewing machines (lost count of how many) and "old time - tried and used - still in great shape" cooking and baking things. I figure if they looked good and were still around 40-50 years later they must be great. Haven't gotten rid of anything yet and lots of them are my FAVORITE to use!

Stamps, Fenton Fairy Lamps, cute miniatures, old sewing stuff (bobbins, thread), coins, and books, (both reading and crafting). My house is fairly full.
