howzabout we leave this particular subject out of the general conversation. it's politically charged, has serious moral, ethical and legal ramifications, and can only lead to arguments.

Oh, good grief!

There are many "natural" things around that can be either beneficial or harmful - depending on who is using them, what they are being used for, how they are being used, and quantity of use.

Dairy products, orange juice, wine, etc etc etc.

Almost anything can be beneficial or harmful, depending - - - -

I'm going for that apple cider vinager and honey mixture. Between the fibro and degenerative disc in my neck and lower back, I'm ready to try anything that isn't a steroid!

I really suggest to try it. I am sure you have what you need right in your kitchen. You have nothing to lose except the pain and fatigue the fibromyalgia is causing you.

sounds good, unless...you have multiple chemical sensitivities like me, and cannot tolerate vinegar.
I believe any time you can use something natural, as opposed to a man made chemical mix, you are better off, but I wouldn't make drastic changes to your diet, without talking to your doctor.
I ended up in e.r. after second capsule of a health food store product.
Plant Enzymes. (nearly did me in...not allergic reaction...was headed for a stroke, and I have excellent blood pressure).

OTOH, I filed in time, had all kinds of medical back up yada, yada, yada,...but was too sick to have enough points when i had to stop working! So no disability payments for me, born and raised and paid taxes out the wazoo all my life, and hubby has paid enough for both of us.
I was told, I could get a divorce, or wait till my husband dies. Yes, this is the same America as when we were kids...but we are not in Kansas anymore
