I can't stand the piece in between my toes. Can't wear them. I have seen some cute ones and I've seen a tute where you use fabric instead of the plastic. I'll see if I can find that for you. :)

There is one on here that goes around the back of your foot. Maybe you could fix it like this. :)

Good luck.

I can't wear them, don't like the part between my toes.

But I have lots of articles how wearing them all the time is going to cause issues later in life, for back and foot problems.

The only time growing up that we wore them was taking a shower in school.

I like the ones from LL Bean.http://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/58442?feat=503423-GN2 the fabric between the toes is comfortable and this is ny 3rd season with them.

I only wear them to putz in the yard a little, when I water my flowers or get the mail. I've never found them to be all that comfortable to wear very long.

I tried flip-flops but can't stand anything between my toes. I also have wide feet so every other part of it rubs against me and hurts. Can't wear them.

I don't wear flip flops, hate the thing between the toes! YUCK.

I love the Teva flipflops and the LL Bean ones are almost as comfortable. The rubbery cheap ones don't really have a lot of cushioning for the kind of abuse we put our feet through, in my humble opinion.

I loved my flip flops until the new dog got hold of them and he chewed them up. I had them like forever and really miss them. I didn't wear them a ton in the summer cause i have a shoe fettish and wear lots of different ones. Now i have a pair of gray ones that are reall nice and i wear them a bunch. I also bought a brown leather pair and they do hurt between my toes. Do you think if I take the plastic off the thong part it would feel better. I know they are leather underneath but can't tell if the plastic is meant to stay on or not?

Yes, take the plastic off. What do you have to lose? I bought a pair at Kohl's that had the plastic on them and I took them off.
