I would LOVE to get my hands on a treadle. There is a lady who works at Ben Franklins. Her mom has one. I had asked her about selling it, but her mom won't. She doesn't understand why. She says it just sits in the house and collects dust. UGH!

I've been hearing about the downgrade of the storm here on the news and have been thinking of you!:)Like us one year...we cleaned out our woods...they looked great..then the ice storm hit...that has been 4 yrs ago and what hit the ground still sits!!:)I picked up a treadle this past summer for $50! In great shape too...all it needed was a good cleaning, oil and someone to get all the kitchen grease off of it!!:)I got mine too for when the power goes out!:)You will find one too Teri!! This treadle started out at 150!:)People think they are worth a gem but, there really is too many still existing for people like us that want more then a pretty:)Stay dry!! When I get back to the states, I will definitely be looking for a treadle. It's been on my list of wants for years.
