Just saw this post. I'm glad you dodged the storm Terri and all is well.

DO NOT BUY the brand new treadle machine.......It is made in china, and is a piece of @#$& Please do not waste your money on one of them...the cabinet isn't even real wood, but pressed wood. I worked for a dealer and he would only special order them under duress...we were instructed to talk the customer out of them....

So glad you're still ok Terri, been hearing so much about all this in the news, and that more is on the way. I just know you're somewhere in the Phillipines, such horrible loss of lives. Stay safe girl!

Ok, last storm has gone. We are just getting high surf and a bit of rain. WHEW!! Dodged another! YIPPEE!

Now, just gotta get hubby home!

Hope he gets there soon T....sure hope no more storms hit anything out there! The pics on TV are horrendous and sooo sad.

Got an e-mail from him that they are headed this way. WOOHOO!
