Hey there's a way to recover some of the national debt. Eliminate the penny and round up all the prices in a special tax. If something would normal cost $3.57, the stores can charge $3.60 and the extra three cents would go to the government. My purse would be lighter and I wouldn't have this big jar of pennies in the closet. Yay!
