It made my daughter angry and mean when she was on it as a child.

Did any of you have terrible hand cramps or Charlie horses?

I took prednisone after surgery and during chemo. For the most part it made me super perky (in an annoying way) and HYPER. I would stay up for days on end and then crash. Glad I'm off that stuff!

My Sister were both on the same dosage. I was tired all the time, my get up & go got up & left (grin), gained maybe ten pounds. Didn't help my arthritis at all. Helped my sister somewhat, she gained 85lbs.Not all meds help everyone.

I forgot about the insomnia. I am a good sleeper, but not when I was on pred. The last time a doctor wanted me to take it, I walked out of his office.
