He says when it comes out it's ready to eat, so I'm assuming it is cooked.

I think it is already cooked as its being cooked for 8 minutes in the microwave. I already have shucked corn in my freezer maybe when we go to town if I remember I will grab a couple ears.
I have always cut my corn like that and pulled off the husks but never have I cooked them in the microwave like he did. |

My parrot loves corn on the cob and I hate shucking it. I will definitely try this even though Pooperbird will not be very patient waiting for the corn to cool! Thanks for sharing.

That would work for hubby & me but don't think I could feed the whole family if they all showed up for dinner. I know they wouldn't want to eat in shifts. :)
