This is the only way I cook corn on the cob. No boiling water to strip the sweet flavor. Fresh from the field taste. Cooks evenly every time. My family loves it.

I cut the bottoms off the corn,(leave the shucks on) then I put about 6 ears of corn into my pressure cooker with 1 cup of water for 10 minutes on the high setting and it comes out great.I then just grab the silk at the top and pull the silk straight up and it cleans it almost silk free!! It amazes me as to how it really works!!
