Sorry to hear of your misfortune! Hopefully all will go well and you will be pain-free soon.
Back in 1979 I was in a car crash that sent my head into the windshield (seatbelts weren't required then). I looked like I had run thru a rosebush. Well...long story short about 6 years ago I had a piece of glass come out! It was about as small as the lead on a new pencil. I knew it was there but couldn't do anything about it. The doctor said it wouldn't show up on x-rays because it was glass and to just let it work its way out. It looked like a pimple for a time before it finally came out. Good as new now, just kinda freakish! kathyd |

Good luck on getting it out. About 45 yrs ago my them sewing machine had a pin cushion on the door and I bent over to pick up something and broke a needle off in my hip, had it removed and bore the laughs in fact my husband still will tease me when I say I need some needles. Congrats on the new machine.
