Congratulations on your decision. I quit 17 yrs. ago in August and have never had a withdrawal or craving. I call it my own little miracle! I got a tape at the library and listened to it faithfully for about 2 wks........walla, no more desire to smoke. It said 'subliminal messages' but whatever it was sure worked for me as I had smoked for 45 yrs. and tried unsuccessfully to quit many times before. This time it worked.

Way to go!!! It will be 15 years in December for me. One of the hardest thing a person will do is to quit smoking. I was luckly enough that may clinic was offering a quit smoking clinic and decided it was time for me to quit. Never looked back and glad that I don't smoke now days. My state has smoke free in all buildings and the city that I live in some of the streets are smoke free.

Congratulations. So happy for you.
