Loved them all. My least favorite was the Aloha Quilt. I think it does help to read them in order.

Her books are terrific---I mostly buy paperbacks to read, but you know if I really love a series, because the only 2 sets of hardback books I have are the Harry Potter series and the Elm Creek Quilts series. Once I start one, I cannot put it down until I finish it. Highly recommend

I have all but the last one, THe Union Quilters.......tried ordering this one prior to publication and then never got around to ordering it when it did come available...perhaps will order both new ones at the same time.......

Was told at Barnes and Nobles that Union should be coming out in paperback...so will check that one out.

Have enjoyed all but some more so than others........especially the Aloha Quilt

Looking forward to the November, Wedding Quilt

I have read (mostly listened to) all but the Union Quilters two or three times each. I only got halfway through the Union Quilters and didn't like it... too much history, not enough character development.

Those books are the reason that I began quilting. I was pleasantly surprised that I could quilt when I never knew how to sew (and still don't).

I'm still waiting to develop the deep friendships with fellow quilters like in the book... heavy sigh...

Just at the point where I thought they were predictable, she changed the setting. Mostly the time. Then I didn't like the one about the kitchen at all. I was expecting a story and it was mostly recipes. But when they were looking for a new instructor at Elm Creek, I wanted to apply! :-)

I read and enjoy them as soon as I can get each new one at the library.
