Thank you guys for the great suggestions for readying. I read my Nook every night and am running out of ideas for good books. I am definitely going to check these series out tonight.

I have read "Quilter's Holiday". Just wish they all came out for my kindle. I don't buy hardback or softback books anymore.

I started last Thanksgiving on the novels. I am on #11 so far. Just not enough time to read and quilt, but I am finding time to enjoy every one of them.

I have read 6 or 7 of them and I do get bored with so many on the same subject and yes I did find out they were better if read in order I have quit lots of books and or authors because they get carried away and write so many books on one subject what really irritates me is to need a book to read pick one up and get started and find it is book 3 or 5 or something or other I try to leave those kinds alone

You can't beat these books for good, clean, quality reading without all the raunchy stuff. I lucked out at a local quilt shop and got 4 of these books at 40% off during a sale.

You can search Jennifer Chiaverini on the internet and her site gives a list of her books in order. I had read 2 but went back and started from the beginning. Seemed more sensible that way. Our library has them in regular print, large type, or audio. Cut some quilt pieces, put a CD in the player and sew away.

I liked them all.But I like Emilie Richards better.

Just ordered the 'Sylvia's Bridal Quilt' book from LQS. Can't wait to pick it up next week and get started. The books stand alone, but if you read them in order, it's easier to follow characters & relationships. Good, clean, easy reading.
