Dishwashers can handle anything up the size and hardness of a cherry pit, so why do anything except shake the dishes over the disposal?

Jan, I like your take on recipes. I read long ones and cook short ones. Cake mixes aren't half bad if you add the right mix-ins. Can't do canned frosting, though.

Wow, you guys are my mentors! DH dont get it, but has given up fighting it. We moved our bedroom downstairs to the dining room when he had total knee replacement in march. We decided to leave it there. I now have 3 bedrooms upstairs for sewing, crafts, etc. but oi still have 2 machines in the old dining room, 2in the living room, 4 in the garage, lots of sewing supplies allover. Id rather sew than clean and life is short. LOL
