Thanks for all your input. I have considered Weight Watchers. I have a friend who has lost a bit of weight on WW. She and her husband both. They look great and when we go out to eat (a group of 6), they don't seem to be deprived. Will talk it over with hubby. He needs to lose some weight, too, although his is due to medication.

Sigh, gaining the wt. is sooooo easy. Unfortunately, getting rid of it is so hard. I know from experience. I am about to join a new program through the VA system for wt loss, I hope it is the kick in the pants I need. I know once I get my brain in gear the body will follow.

Beware of pills. My mother took physician prescribed weight loss med (granted, this was a long time ago), one a day for 4 days. Caused an aneurysm. She died at 45 years old. That medication is no longer on the market.

My dh has used Sensa and it has worked for him.

I was wondering about sensa. I saw something on one of those news shows. Costco has it now but it's still pretty pricey.
