Nutrisystem for me.

Take a good look at your eating habits and portion size. only by adjusting those will you lose weight. not some potion or pill.

I agree, pills are not the solution. Clean eating and exercise. Log what you eat. Check out this website http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ It helped me to loose 15 pounds.
Good luck, I know it is not easy to loose!!!

The best thing is watch what you eat and excercise. I haven't lost much weight but have lost 118.5 inches. My Dr. says that mucsle weighs more and keep at it. Soon the weight will come off.

There's a very interesting article in the current Newsweek magazine written by a doctor whose speciality is obesity.
Cutting out sugar and starches is what this MD says is the only way to fight American obesity.
He also says exercise may be good for a lot of reasons, but has nothing to do with weight loss.

This is a great aid in losing weight. Lots of my friends are on here as well. Good luck.

Dr. Oz had things to eat to lose weight on his show this week. One tip was Expresso and a chocolate cookie that he said the recipe will be on the web site. Maybe you can find something there that will help.

My fitness pal is great but don't rely on their calorie estimates for exercise. I bought a heart rate monitor when I hit a real nasty plateau and discovered that they were telling me I was burning twice as many calories as I was. I use www. my fooddiary.com now because I was having trouble getting ugly tracking cookies on my pc from all the ads on myfitnesspal. It's essentially the same thing but you have to pay for it. It's worth it for me not to have to run a security scan to clean my pc 3 times a day. I've lost 62 pounds since Christmas.
