I too love yellow peeps at Easter time. The others do taste different - like you can taste the dye or something. I was informed, when buying Easter candy for nieces that " Who every buys those marshmellow things - nobody likes them." They bring back a lot of childhood memories for me.

I'm a peep lover. I sometimes put them in the micro till they puff up. Mmmmmmmm.

The peeps they make now are not the same ones I ate as a little girl. I think they taste horrible but I used to eat them all the time, and black jelly beans, and I love the chocolate covered marshmellow rabbits. mmmmmm

My daughter loves peeps but she pokes a hole in the cellophane and puts them up till they turn hard then she eats them!

Yesterday, I saw and bought chocolate covered peeps. They, too, are good but in a different way. When I think of Easter peeps, I want yellow peeps. I don't care for the marshmallow bunnies or anything else, just peeps. Does anyone else like peeps? |
