apparently there was once a lost moose in new jersey. not in the pine barrens. not reported there. also, the moose lodge. does that count?

Well, what do I know. I find it very interesting that there is both a moose lodge and something called The Thirsty Moose in a state that has no moose of its own.

Very impressed with your text coloring. I'll expect full-blown tag designs from you soon!

I remember as a kid in Alaska the moose coming into our yard and they would scare me to death! This is a very brave man!

Hi there, this is Andrew in Cambridge UK, who lived in Calgary CDN for 20 yrs ending 15 yrs ago. My sibs were wondering where this photo was sourced, and who 'Bill' is? They think it looks like our Dad, I think not, but they're worried a photo they took @ a scout camp in W Alberta ~ 25 yrs ago made its way onto the net somehow. Please understand that I'm neither trawling nor interested in who this is, if it is really 'Bill'. Thanks, Andrew Zolnai www.zolnai.ca

That is amazing that a moose would come that close to the house! What a great picture!
