Not A Quilt

I always enjoy learning something new. Through our guild, I was able to take a class by Judy Gauthier from Bungalow Quilting in Ripon, WI. (I highly recommend attending one of her classes if you have a chance) I am not affiliated with her in any way. She flew down to the valley to teach us her scrap user system and how to make an umbrella....I am so glad I signed up for this class! Here is a picture of my completed project.

Your umbrella looks great! Prettiest one I've ever seen.

Wow. Beautiful umbrella. No one will believe you made it yourself.

Really nifty!! Great idea! Beautiful!

Wow, that's gorgeous! I wouldn't want to use it though. I'd be afraid something would happen to it.

That’s beautiful. Do you use an old frame or are “blanks” available?
