Congratulations Countrymaid! I know how exciting it is to see the number on the scales going down. I went this past Saturday and was able to buy smaller clothes. It sure has helped my attitude a lot. Going from a size 26 pants in Jan. of this year to an 18 now is very motivating for me. Keep up the good work! :thumbup:
