I made these pincushions today. I will be selling them at the Tymeless Hearts Carnival.
I love making these. I could make them all the time they are so much fun.

Thank you looking! :-D

Country1 06-18-2011 08:17 PM

Country1 06-18-2011 08:17 PM

THEY ARE SO NEAT AND MOST OF ALL U ENJOY MAKING THEM

NauDeeGal 06-18-2011 08:22 PM

They are so pretty.
I received one of these as a gift from another member thru a swap. I really like mine. It is very useful. I have buttons in the jar itself. I have been looking while out shopping here but I have not been able to find the jars yet. Are they easy to make?

I found the jars at Walmart. 4 jars for $3.97. Yes they are real easy to make. I had received 1 as a gift too from another member.

Beautiful pincushions. I have tried to make p/c, but I have not had luck with "mounting" the cushion in the base. Mine are never tight......What you do use for the glue to hold these cushions firmly in place and how to put the cushion in and it will fit tight?..........

Thanks.....................

Thank you for the Walmart idea. I had checked there before, maybe they were sold out when I checked. I will check again.

Those are the cutiest. I've made a few pincushions but not with bell jars. I use my bell jars for making my Jalapeno Jelly.

Thank you for the link. I did mine differently from this one but this is a good tutorial.

For anyone interested I will ask PatricJ if I can do a tutorial on my jars.

Thank you for all the interest and compliments. If you would like to buy one just send me a PM.
