You are doing a really great job. :thumbup: Looks like you cracked the code to doing roses - the icing has to be just the right consistancy so that they don't droop, and so that the petals don't split on you. WTG!

Great job! Did you ever make 2-toned roses? Easy to do. Swipe a Line of colored icing about 2/3 the length of the bag, then fill with white icing as you normally would. Ready to pipe. Make sure the colored icing is at the narrow end of the tube. The tip of each petal will be colored. Beautiful. A peace rose is especially beautiful. Use a pink stripe and yellow icing, making sure the pink is at the narrow end of the tube. Gives new meaning to "knockout rose". Best part, no thorns and a tasty treat.

I tried the two toned ones this morning Glory and they look really good. I did yellow yesterday and refilled the bag today with the pink color and yellow frosting. Plus added just a hair more water cause it was too hard for me to squease the bag.
