That is a case of people not thinking for themselves. Stuff happens. My daughter was turned down because her boyfriend that was living with her at the time didn't seem all that excited about having the dog. The BF is Long gone and her Greta is still there that she adopted later from the Atlanta Humane almost 9 yrs ago.
Greta is a chow/Shepard? mix and Moe who was picked up in a bar at 2months is a rodesian/gsd mix. Both spoiled to death. :-) I was very picky about my fosters but not crazy about it. Although I did turn down 9 familys for a chihuahua I had. lol |
She is a beautiful dog, her eyes are so bright and sweet. Wonderfully lucky both of you.

my avatar is of Abbi, Sassy, and Cyn-all from Australia from when I lived there. I just adopted a puppy from Pawsafe-a great organization here in CT. She was listed as a shepard/beagle cross-she really is a black and tan coon hound cross. I think she is crossed with goat as she tries to eat everything-quilts included!!

Your Lyla is a beautiful girl. So happy for both of you. I have 4 dogs, and 1 big white cat who is old. Our dog Matilda looks like your Lyla. She has that same smile, etc. All the other fur babies others showed on here are so sweet looking too.
