Judymay, I am so glad you asked this question. I'm going to try the vitimin E, the liquid skin, and the ice and cut methods. I have cut them with finger nail scissors before but had lots of bleeding. But if using the ice first will eliminate that, I'll try that again because it is fast and easy. Thanks to all for your tips. jean

I was a my determologists office and asked about them. He took a look said NP, and just cut them off. I wouldn't suggest you try that at home because he put something on after he cut.
Maybe it depends on the tags. Mine were in a spot I couldn't wear my bra comfortably, and one on my neck that collars and necklaces caught. |
Walmart pharmacy carries a Skin Tag Remover kit that has everything in there to get rid of them. I've never used the kits but I've had them taken off my my doctor before.

Why is it that they always develop right under our bra line?

My dr. cut some off where my bra rubbed and it didn't hurt at all.

I have tied them off with sewing thread and it cuts the blood supply. They dry up and fall off. It does sting a little when you pull the thread tight. I also cut one off with cuticle scissors, but it did bleed for a little while.
It is helpful if you have a friend to tie the thread for you. |
Had several burned off. Worst part was the smell. Actually nausiated me.
