Stash Building?

I had to laugh when I received an e-mail from Connecting Therads that said Stash Building. I am trying to reduce my stash. How about you are you Stash Building or Busting?? :)

I am trying to use my stash up. Oh yeah, I just need to be about 200-300 years old.

As soon as I get to my new lake house and join the guild there, I will hold a sale of so much of my fabric! It has gotten out of hand and I find myself sewing less often these days because of the mess.

Last time I did this, I sold enough fabric at $3 a yard, and books, to make about $1300!!

Like Jan, I'm in the process of moving. Everything is in storage, although I am in the new-to-me almost-empty house, waiting for some flooring to be replaced and painting to be done. I haven't seen my stash in about 6 months, but as I recall it was pretty overwhelming, and I'm not sure whether it will all fit in my new quilting room. I wouldn't dare add to it now - but I'm looking forward to becoming reacquainted with it.

I can't quit buying batiks from Fabric.com
They have the wildest batiks, 1500 to chose from

Me too! Fabric.com and Hancock's of Paducah are my downfalls! Probably because I get their sale emails. I guess I'm in the "stash building" category, but honestly wanting to move to "stash busting" since I have so much.
