Is it just me, or do others spend more time reading on here than actually quilting/ sewing? I am on here at least 3 times a day, spending a few hours in the morning "catching up on the latest"! I can't get anything else done..perhaps I should ground myself? No, then I might miss something wonderful that I need to add to my to-do list. Woe is me..hehe

Same here. I love to quilt but there are periods of time when I just think about it and not do it. I love the inspiration, sharing and advice on this board.

Totally addicted. My iPhone does not help me at all because regardless of where I am I can check the board and see what's going on. I can check the board while pumping gas, now how sad is that? LOL!

When I first joined I was on most of the day! Between the Board and working on my garden I got little else done. I am finally back to actually quilting so spend a bit less time on here - trying to use it as a reward for actually doing something.

It's my daily fix!

Addicted to QB - I can admit it!

I am addicted and have only been a member since May and I never thought I would become addicted. This morning after I cleaned up the breakfast dishes...I said to my husband, let me go see what's going on with the girls. I am on here more than I quilt but that is OK....I am so glad I joined!!

No, I am not addicted! No, I am not addicted!....well that didn't cahnge a thing .............yes I love reading every board, looking at the pictures of quilts, or fabric they find in thrift stores, or old sewing machines......I haven't been here but a few months myself.....love it

I love this board. I have made a point to check on it in the morning and most times in the evening. Try not to go it more than that unless I am waiting for an answer.

I do spend a lot of time here but I figured out a system that works for me. First my desk and computer is in my sewing room. I work on my projects and when ever it is time for a break away from the machine I get up, stretch, and go to computer, read for a while, then go back to my sewing. I may seem like I am on here all day, but actually its only 5 or 10 min. at a time, several times a day.

Not alone. I smoke and I don't smoke or bring food/drink into the sewing room, so whenever I need a break I pop into the office for a few.

I love the board. I check it all the time from my Droid. And computer.

Clutter is taking over the house, but have to confess, Casey Anthony trial is really first at the minute, being near that area we who live in FL have to find out will they or won't they find her guilty??? I've been here for about 2 1/2 years, mostly just taking in all this awesome knowledge! But I have started posting now and again. Getting absolutely HOOKED on vintage sewing machines! I want to post some pics of my quilts soon too. But YES I'm addicted! I can pass 2 hours here and swear I had JUST SAT DOWN!

I check in the mornings with my coffee, then I make myself power the entire computer down. Otherwise, I spend way too much time on the puter and I'm not getting my chores done! Guess you could say I am on a computer DIET! :)

There are a lot of us that spend a lot of time on here! I don't think we should feel too bad about it - there are so many worse things we could be doing!! That's my story and I'm stickin to it.

I dont need any sleep pills, this is my outcome well spent.
