Try grilling. We had grilled tilapia & chicken(for those that don't eat fish)brush with olive oil and I used zesty Mrs Dash, sea salt and coarse pepper. Everyone tried the fish and loved it, even DD who swears she hates fish, she wanted more. And grilled yellow and zuchinni squash with onion on a grilling pan with caribbean Mrs. Dash and drizzled with olive oil, salt & pepper to taste and a salad with mixed greens.Quick and easy & delish!

Too hot to cook? It was too hot to eat here today. I had a Slushie from the 7-11. Orange Crush is my favourite.

I love gazpacho. Also hot here and I cook a roast beef early in the morning. We will have Thai beef salads.
