The rules................On Dec 1 weigh yourself and write it down. DO NOT PM it to me. On Dec 30 weigh yourself again and PM me with your weight loss. That will be the ONLY time you PM me about your weight. You will come to this thread for encouragement, recipes, tips and {{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}} The person who loses the most amount of weight will be the biggest loser and the people who didn't lose as much has to send the biggest loser a themed FQ. That is the prize. You can not be the biggest loser 2 months in a row. This is for pounds lost not % lost.

There is always chit chat not pertaining to weight loss so if you will complain ( people have in the past ) PLEASE do not join as we do go off topic A LOT!!!!!!!!!!


Themed FQ..............Dec is the time for Santa, snow and parties. However Christmas is in Dec and the birth of Baby Jesus so this months theme is..............baby/children FQ.

As alway if you do not have the themed FQ and can not buy it PLEASE send what you do have. People in the past have not sent their FQ so do not join if you will not follow through and send the winner their much deserved FQ.

I have to tell you all something that happened to me today.

I went to WM today and while I was standing in line waiting to get up to the register, the cashier looks at me and yells can I ask you something, I said yes. She yells at me have you lost weight? Your face looks thinner!
Boy did that make me feel good. Most of the cashiers in there talk to me because I am in there once a day for one thing or another and sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. WM is only 3 minutes from our apartment so it is easier to run there then to run across town.

Do you do this every month????? I am leaving in 2 days for Hawaii so I am not about to do this this month but if you do it every month, then I will certainly be interested in joining in January. Good luck to all.

I'm in, I actually lost last month, not enough to win only 7 lbs, but it's better than Oct when I gained 2 lol

Ok Am I the onlt one that had a pang of anxiety about facing the scale tomorrow morning? Dang,I havn't been on the scale for months. when I had my two surgeries last month and they weighed me I closed my eyes.I guess denial is what helped me get to this point!

Count me in again this month. The baby fat quarter theme is great this month because more babies are born in sept and oct. Go Holiday babies! This way the winner will have 9 months to get that baby quilt finished.

Lost only 5 pounds this month but added to the 9 from last month its looking better.

That would be the bestest!

NO! :thumbdown: I did my first round of fertility meds this past month with no results but I'm going to try again this month. Maybe those FQs will bring me the best of luck. ;)

Christina I knew you did that is why I asked. I am Catholic pray to St Gerald he is the patron saint for woman who want to get preggers and expectant woman. A friend of mine was going to be induced and didn't want to she prayed to St Gerald and she had her son Oct 16 the feast of the good Saint. My neighbor couldn't get preggers for years I got her the prayer card and she now has 2 little girls.

I know we are not suppose to discuss religion I hope this doesn't get deleted.
