I visited my 70+ aunt in Kentucky. She had a little quilt studio (formerly a garage) behind her house with a handquilting frame set up. I walked out early one morning and she had a beautiful quilt on the frame and it was partially quilted. On top of the quilt were a pack of needles, her quilting thread, and a half-pint bottle of Kentucky's best. She said it helped keep her fingers nimble.

Lots of ice water, here in AZ water is a must...besides if iI spill it nothing is ruined... I do drink coffee when I read the message board in the morning. |
Diet Coke or a bottle of water with a Lipton Blueberry Pomegranate tea in it :)
